About the Attorney

Sue Saign graduated Valedictorian of her law school class while working full-time and raising her young son — a testament to the hard work, diligence, and passion she brings to every case she takes on. She strives for perfection in all she does and finds real fulfillment in helping clients reach successful resolutions to their legal matters.
Sue has particular experience handling sensitive custody matters and cases involving domestic violence dynamics, bringing both legal skill and personal steadiness to families navigating difficult circumstances.
In addition to her practice, Sue has served as a law professor at Lincoln Law School of San Jose.
When she's not working, Sue enjoys spending quality time with her family, singing, traveling, swimming, and staying active in service to her community.
