The Practice

A quieter kind of representation.

Family law is not a transaction. It is one of the most consequential legal experiences a person will ever have — and it deserves counsel that reflects that. Saign Law, PC is a deliberately small California family law practice, built for clients who value discretion, strategic clarity, and steady attention that shapes outcomes long after the paperwork closes.

Counsel you can trust in the room — and long after it.

I founded Saign Law, PC because families in transition deserve more than paperwork. They deserve a lawyer who listens carefully, thinks strategically, and moves with steady discretion — even when everything else feels loud. My practice is grounded in one belief: the quality of your counsel today shapes the quality of your life tomorrow.

If a decision would meaningfully affect your family, your finances, or your children, a considered conversation is worth having. An initial call is confidential and carries no obligation.

We speak privately about your situation, the outcomes you hope for, and the realities of California family law. You leave with clarity — whether or not you decide to work with us.

California requires a minimum six-month waiting period. Most matters resolve in six to eighteen months, depending on complexity, though we will always give you an honest range for your case.

Most matters are billed hourly with careful, transparent estimates at every stage. Certain engagements — prenuptial agreements, for example — are handled on a fixed fee.

We regularly appear throughout the Bay Area and represent clients across California. Where local counsel is required elsewhere, we work quietly with trusted partners.
